Both plans are billed by activated licenses. The main difference is the maximum duration: 30 days in STANDARD-30 and 365 days in STANDARD-365. The duration starts with the learner’s first access.
A license is activated when a user launches the course or dispatcher assigned to them for the first time. That activation is billed only once. Later accesses do not generate another license while the original license remains valid.
No. One license gives access to the full dispatcher. It can include up to 20 content items from different packages, or unlimited items when they belong to a single package.
It is a unique user who keeps at least one active, non-expired license during the month. They are counted only once even if they have several licenses, access many courses or open the content repeatedly.

The total monthly volume is calculated and the tier reached is applied to all licenses or users for that period. Previous tiers are not added cumulatively.

ACTIVE is usually more convenient when the same person keeps access to several courses, learning paths or a catalogue. STANDARD may be more suitable for specific courses, campaigns or limited-duration licenses.
No. For customers in Spain or customers in Europe without an intra-community VAT number, 21% VAT will apply. For all other customers, no VAT or additional tax will be applied.
